Terms and Conditions:
1. The SS service is available in specific destination areas using both ground and air transportation modes. Specifically, for air transportation, it applies to flights with direct schedules to the destination.
2. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the SS service is a maximum of 24 hours from the time the transaction/package is picked up by the courier.
3. Under certain circumstances, the delivery estimate may exceed 24 hours if there is a special instruction from the customer.
4. A money back guarantee is applicable if the delivery takes longer than 24 hours or goes beyond the scope of special instructions.
5. The sender will receive a notification of successful package delivery on their mobile phone, sent to the sender's mobile number as indicated on the receipt.
