In August 2023, JOMBANG - Following the donation provided by JNE in 2021, on Tuesday, August 4th, JNE was once again invited to the Grand Launching of Hasyim As'yari Hospital in Jombang. It is an honor for JNE to be present and witness the official inauguration of the hospital initiated by the late KH. Sholahuddin Wahid, also known as Gus Sholah.
The Grand Launching of Hasyim Asy’ari Hospital (RSHA) was organized by the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School Foundation and Dompet Dhuafa. The event took place in the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School area, precisely at Jl Cukir-Parkir Makam Gus Dur, Kwaron, Diwek, Jombang. The hospital has been in operation and serving the community since February 2, 2023.
Present at the inauguration ceremony were the Governor of East Java, Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawangsa, along with her team, the wife of the late Gus Sholah, Hj. Farida Salahuddin Wahid, the Initiator of Dompet Dhuafa, Parni Hadi, along with his team, the Director of RSHA, dr. Aria Dewanggana, the Caretaker of Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, KH Abdul Hakim Mahfuzh, as well as donors and stakeholders, including JNE.
The inauguration of RSHA was marked by the pressing of the inauguration button by Hj. Farida Salahuddin Wahid, Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawangsa, and Parni Hadi. Meanwhile, the opening of the hospital was symbolized by the cutting of the ribbon in front of the entrance to RSHA, which was also done by the three of them.
On this occasion, JNE also received appreciation for its contribution as a donor in the construction of RSHA. The appreciation was received directly by Yance Arvan, Marketing Project Senior Analyst of JNE, accompanied by Mr. Kemal Arikan, the Branch Manager of JNE Mojokerto. JNE also presented a plaque to KH. Abdul Hakim Mahfudz as the head of Tebu Ireng Islamic Boarding School.
Previously, a donation for medical equipment in the form of cash amounting to Rp 1 billion was handed over by Eri Palgunadi, Marketing Group Head of JNE, on April 28, 2021. This donation was then used for the procurement of medical equipment for the hospital built on a one-hectare plot of land.
With the assistance provided for this hospital, JNE hopes to facilitate the community in accessing healthcare facilities. This aligns with JNE's tagline, "Connecting Happiness," which signifies delivering happiness and holds a broad and meaningful significance. Through this collaboration, JNE can further maximize its efforts to provide benefits to the people of Indonesia, especially in terms of healthcare.
