A. ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS (GENERAL)
- Filling out the Sales Counter Registration Form (SCRF) *
- 1 (one) copy of Applicant’s Indonesian Identification Card (KTP)
- 1 (one) copy of colored 4x6 size photograph with red background
- 1 (0ne) copy of Bank Statement for the last 3 months
- Paying sales equipment fees **
- Providing bail (security/cash deposit) **
- 1 (one) copy of business location ownership
- Leasing agreement in the event that the business is in a leasing status
- Freehold Title (Sertifikat Hak Milik) or Sale and Purchase Agreement (Akta Jual Beli) in the event that it is a private property
- 1 (one) copy of Business Domicile Certificate (Surat Keterangan Domisili Usaha) from local authorities (in the event that agent’s prospective location is different with the company’s domicile)
- 1 (one) copy of Occupancy Worthiness Permit (Hinder ordonantie//HO) issued by the Licensing Office of Local government.
- 1 (one) copy of last year payment receipt of Land and Building Tax (PBB)
- Prospective business domicile photograph and layout plan
- Exterior (4 sides taken from front, left, right, and street directional position)
- Interior (4 sides taken from left, right, facing in, and facing out)
B. ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS (SPECIAL)
- INDIVIDUAL (Applicable in a particular Main Branch)
- 1 (one) copy of Family Card
- 1 (one) copy of Personal Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- LEGAL BUSINESS ENTITY
- 1 (one) copy of Business Establishment Deed legalized by the Ministry of Justice with the last changes (if any)
- (one) copy of Indonesian Identification Card of Company Director/Person in charge (listed on Company Establishment Deed)
- (one) copy of the applicable Business Permit Letter (SIUP)
- Copy of the Applicable Company Registration Certificate (TDP)
- Copy of company’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/ Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (PKP)/the Registered Registration Certificate at the General Director of Taxation
- Copy of the applicable Company Domicile Certificate (SKDP)
- COOPERATIVE (Applicable in a particular Main Branch)
- Cooperative is in the form of Primary and Secondary
- 1 (one) copy of Cooperative Establishment Certificate approved by Ministry of Justice with the last changes (if any)
- 1 (one) copy of the listed board of committees’ Indonesian Identification Card mentioned in the Cooperative Establishment Certificate
- Copy of the applicable Business Permit Letter (SIUP)
- Copy of the applicable Company Registration Certificate (TDP)
- Company Domicile Certificate (SKDP) Applicable for JNE Agency requirements
- Copy of Cooperative’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (PKP)/the Registered Registration Certificate at the General Director of Taxation
- Board of committees’ authorized Power of Attorney to open JNE agency
- FOUNDATION
- Foundation and Foundation Enterprises registered have already been established at least for 5 (five) years
- Foundation is in the forms of Orphanage foundation, Elderly foundation, or foundation for the Blinds
- 1 (one) copy of Foundation Establishment Certificate approved by the Ministry of Justice with the last changes (if any)
- Copy of Establishment Certificate of Foundation business entity approved by the Ministry of Justice with the last changes (if any)
- In accordance with article 3 of Law No. 16 of 2001 on Foundation
"Foundation may do business activities to achieve its goals and objectives by establishing and/or participating in a business entity"
- Law no. 24 of 2008 on amendment of Law No. 16 of 2001 on Foundation, in the explanation of Article 3,
"The provisions stipulated in this paragraph is intended to assert that Foundation is not used as a business facility and may not directly do businesses, yet it is necessary to establish business entity or others in which the foundation includes its properties"
- Copy of Indonesian Identification Card of Board of Committees listed in the establishment Certificate of Foundation Business Entity
- Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of foundation business entity/Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (PKP)/ The Registered Registration Certificate of the General Director of Taxation
- Sales equipment fees provided by the brand holder (PT TIKI JALUR NUGRAHA EKAKURIR) based on Agreement of the Main and Branch Management.
- Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of foundation business entity/Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (PKP)/ The Registered Registration Certificate of the General Director of Taxation
- Sales equipment fees provided by the brand holder (PT TIKI JALUR NUGRAHA EKAKURIR) based on Agreement of the Main and Branch Management.
C. LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
- The minimum adjacent distance for a location to the other JNE Sales Counter is minimally within a radius of 1 kilometer
- Within one (1) office building or shopping center, it is not allowed to establish more than one (1) Sales Counter with different ownership
- The minimum room size is 3m x 4m or an area of 12 m2. For a kiosk located in an office building/shopping center, its size should be adjusted with the applicable standard.
- A building in the forms of permanent kiosk or shopping center should be equipped with tiled floors and Air Conditioning (AC) units
- The location is accessible to four-wheel vehicles and have adequate parking areas
- The electrical installation should be minimally 1300 watt.
D. WORKING EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

E. SALES EQUIPMENT (provided by JNE Branch/Main Branch JNE at which the registration is made)

- Fascia Signed banner with the minimum size of 300 cm x 90 cm

F. SALES REQUIREMENTS
The trial period is provided for 3 (three) months starting from its operation with the following assessments:
- Sales target accumulation
- KCU Grade A: Rp. 50,000,000. -. (Fifty million rupiahs)
- KCU Grade B and C: Rp. 10,000,000. -. (ten million rupiahs)
- KCU 1.3 Grade D and E: Rp. 2,000,000. -. (two million rupiahs)
- Properly running the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
G. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must participate in interview process conducted by Retail Sales when submitting the required documents.
- After obtaining the opening agency approval, the owner/person in charge of Sales Counter and prospective officers must participate in training held by JNE as follows:
- Front Line Development Program (FLDP) Training for 1 (one) day
- On Job Training at Sales Counter belonging to the appointed Branch/Main Branch with guiding processes for two (2) days.
- Tax Liability
- Obey the applicable taxation rules and regulations as well as individual and/or legal entity taxation annual reports and provide copies of report documents / receipts taxation reports from Legal Taxation Office (LTO) to JNE.
- Borne for the advertisement taxation expenses on Sales Counter Name Plate in accordance with the applicable provisions and taxation rates
- Maximum ownership is for one (1) owner or business entity for two (2) Sales Counter points
- Application Requirements for Sales Counter location addition
- In operation for at least 2 (two) years
- Average sales of at least Rp.150,000,000 - (one hundred and fifty million rupiahs) per month for a period of 1 (one) year
- No special note/violation
- Ownership with (individual) non- legal business entity status, in the event that the value of average sales has reached Rp. 50,000,000, - (fifty million rupiahs) per month for a period of 1 (one) year, it is RECOMMENDED to improve its legality to a legal business entity
- Submitting sales revenue after having a commission cut of a maximum of D+1 in cash or transfer based on the daily sales reports.
- Human Resources
- Male/Female, minimally at the age of at least 18 years
- Minimally Senior High School Graduate or at equal level
- Physically and Spiritually Healthy
- Capable of operating Computer and MS Office
- attractive, energetic, and cheerful
- Having good communication skills
- Having driving license C for those who are riding 2-wheel vehicles and minimally driving license A for those are driving 4-wheel vehicles
- Honest, discipline, responsible, and visionary
*The registration form may be obtained through Retail Sales in each/Main Branch.
** The amount of administration fee and deposit of each main branch may be different, as determined by each main branch (not applicable for a Foundation).
